Inspired by the work of Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos, Ensemble Místico named itself after his compostition ‘Sexteto Místico’ from 1917. They play in the rarely heard combination of flute, oboe, saxophone, celesta, guitar and harp. Apart from the Sexteto Místico they will also perform new work by the Spanish composer Mikel Chamizo ‘Mystical Dances’.
