However, time vanishes like snow in the sun when you get drawn into a unique experience. Enter the world of the youth performance “Tempo,” where the members of the Oorkaan Ensemble, like true wizards, play with your sense of time.
The Oorkaan Ensemble members perform together as cogs in a clock, manipulating classical compositions by Bach and Ravel alongside music specially written for this production by Martijn Padding. In a mere second, these musicians can pack enough music for an entire minute – and vice versa. The performance becomes a magical interplay where time is both a puppeteer and a willing participant.
